Vahan Kerobyan: The Draft Revised on Adopting Relevant Programmes Setting Authorizing Norm by Government
1 / 4

The draft law on Making Addendum to the law on Industrial Policy was revised for adopting and implementing relevant programmes and setting an authorizing norm. The RA Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan said about this at the sitting of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs on February 1.

At the request of the deputy Sergey Bagratyan, Vahan Kerobyan noted the concrete directions, particularly, in the spheres military industry and high technologies, where the assistance and the investment programmes of the Government are not accessible. They are: improvement of the investment and business environment, including encouragement and support of the activities of the small and medium industrial enterprises, decrease of the tax administration implementation procedures, simplification of the export and import procedures, boosting of the specialization of the marzes and the inner-republican cooperatives, providing accessibility of foreign markets, etc.

According to Vahan Kerobyan, at present programmes are observed and worked out by the Ministries of Economy and High Technologies, which are aimed at the facilitation of the accessibility of the financial means by the military-industrial companies.
